statement we describe how we handle your personal information collected by us. Of course,
we collect, process and use your information with the greatest possible care. Thereby we
follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the implementing law GDPR.
This Privacy Statement may change from time to time. We always publish the latest version
on our website.

1. Intention

Personal data obtained by us are processed to provide services, send tenders and to ensure
the full implementation and compliance of agreements concluded with you. Besides that we
will collect these data for sending commercial newsletters and newsletters aimed at sharing
knowledge.

The gathering, processing and using of your personal data is allowed only if we have a legal
basis for it. Which may consist of the consent we get from you, a legal foundation or which
may arise from implementation and/or compliance of agreements concluded with you.

The personal data we process are the minimum data required for offering our services and
products and they may concern the name of your company, the name of the contact, your
(e-mail)address, your phone number and the data which are necessary fort the
implementation of agreements concluded with you. Your personal information will not be kept
longer than necessary, unless we have to keep your data longer under legislation.

We take great care with your personal information. To prevent unauthorized access to it, we
took technical and organizational measures which provide an appropriate level of security. In
the light of this we took care of the security of our website, our IT systems and the rooms
where personal data is stored, whereas only authorized personnel can access the data.

We provide personal information only to third parties if it arises from the implementation and
compliance of agreements concluded with you, if you have given explicit permission or if the
law requires us to do so. On our website there could be measuring instruments from other
parties, like cookies from Google Analytics. We do this to keep track of user activity on our
website. We use that knowledge to optimize our website for our users.

6. Your rights

At all times you are entitled to retrieve your personal data held by us. If they are not correct
or altered, we will adjust them according to your instructions. You are also always entitled to
let us delete your data. If you believe that we do not deal with your data in a proper way, you
have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Authority. You can request Monarch
Flowers and Green Works International to see your personal information, correct, delete of
transfer it. Also you can submit a request for the withdrawing of your consent and you can
lodge objections with us concerning the processing of your personal data. This can be done

by sending an e-mail to privacy@green-works.nl. We will respond as soon as possible, but
within four weeks, to your request.
